London flower Photographer at Claridges for McQueens Flowers | Emztography

In this blogpost, I thought I’d share some of the photographs I took for McQueens Flowers and their most recent flower display in Claridge’s, Mayfair.

McQueens flowers are a London florist, creating beautiful and memorable designs since 1991. With a shopfront directly inside the infamous Claridge's, their values are: glamour, style and luxury. They’ve also been dubbed as one of the best florists in London by the Evening Standard which you can read about here! If you’re feeling as though you want to be on your A-game when it comes to London flowers, you know where to go: the McQueens flower school offers one day workshops or career courses for any London florist.

Their most recent floral installation being at Claridge’s was super exciting for me as a flower photographer - having photographed at some of London’s most prestigious hotels, I could add another onto my roster of luxury hotels! It’s fair to say, that Claridge's lived up to my expectations and more - the whole building, interior and exterior is of timeless art deco glamour and elegance.

The main aim of my London photoshoot was to capture the flower displays on each table inside Claridge's Ballroom but I couldn’t help but marvel at the many chandeliers to the architecture and the design of the Ballroom. The Claridge’s Ballroom is an English Heritage-listed ballroom which hosts society weddings, state banquets and magnificent balls - a truly magnificent place!
